All im gonna say is you guys helped the newbie and he will remember that. Thats the kind of gesture that will make him keep playing the game
This is true I got the game like a week ago and I was playing with my one friend and we saw a galleon and prepared for battle but then they were super nice and since they were about to head off they give us a bunch of stuff food cannon balls, food .etc but then instead of leaving they sunk their ship and we had a 6 person sloop and defeated flame heart no problem
@@luko_landino1463 same thing happened to me lol, me and my friends made friends with a 4 man pirate legend galleon and they scuttled their ship and joined ours so we had a 7 man brig lol
i was going to say the same thing. He will never forget them helping him. My very first night on SoT i was playing with 2 friends and we met these two pirate legends. They taught us to sword dash, taught us a lot about the game, and even beat flame heart. Played with them for probably 4 hours. i will never forget those guys.

Sometimes it’s better to destroy the noobs so they learn what the games really like, if these guys didn’t kill him and take his loot someone else will, you aren’t doing them any favours by being nice.....u gotta learn the hard way to improve in the game.

@@christian32234 The point of the game is not PvP at all dude... PvP is a chosen aspect out of the two, that's what's great about the game, you can choose either and don't have to do just one or both. You play how you want to play, if someone don't wanna do PvP they can run for hours.
It's not sad that some people don't wanna PvP or try hard, many people just want a chill session.

Okay I gotta admit it's really awesome how you guys helpend that new guy and how respectful you guys are towards your "enemies". I haven't won a single PvP battle yet but if I'd lost in this way I'd be totally cool with it.

The way you treat the new guy warmed my heart as it reminded me of when I was younger playing with my brother and he would get really upset when people came along and sank us. But then, someone like you turned up and gave us a bit of loot and that made me want to play the game more. Keep doing what you’re doing mixel!

I love how these really talented SOT players are acting like a loot pinata boss event for the server. They arent toxic about it, but they are definitely gonna make it hard to get that loot. Mad respect for this fun idea ---

@@returns.trades You can do whatever you want to in a video game, but it wouldve been better to be the bigger man and not retaliate with toxicity. That kid jumped on board and was finally able to turn the battle around by killing a few of them, and barely survived with 1 health. I wouldve been excited too.
I like how it feels like they have BECOME the legend with all that loot. Game wants you to "be a legend" anyway, so I like it all the more how the feel fits right in. This game is so underrated.
I love watching these for the PVP, but also the wholesome moments with new players :3

I've encountered the kraken like 8 times. (Started a month ago) I have survived *once.* Because it decided to shift focus onto a skele galleon and completely destroy them lol.
@@1mariomaniac when they put tantacle on your ship you have to ignore it and focus on other ones. If you Stand there attacking it it won’t do anything, that was just a quick tip

I just bought sea of thieves and it’s downloading rn so I decided to watch even more sea of Thieves videos
it is brutal. Be patient. I'd suggest running a solo sloop just for a few days to get the feel of it so you're not a handicap to a crew.

Helping new players is honestly kind in this game,however I did start loot stacking early when I started,so I learned from that experience. Helping new players is one of the kindest things a player can do in sea of thieves.

you guys are geniually unstoppable. I witnessed and impossible feat. at least like 2 of those ships were actually good and nearly had you guys every battle. I joined a game once (been playing 3 days) one of my first lobbies, this guy beat a whole fort and took me to the loot room, made me like 37k as a new player just for being in his lobby. Imagining finding a player that just gave me this much loot, id be at a complete loss ❤️ cool stuff man

I’m all for pvp in sea of thieves, it’s mainly what I do. But whenever I meet a new player, I instantly form an alliance and show them the ropes. It’s like a must as a veteran player. We’re thieves but we’re not bad people

If u see a light beam gofor it it’s a sunken ship with a reapers chest and ship loot inside hope this helped

A little advice to new players,
Very rarely do brigs just...come up to say hi. You usually see this with sloop...
Its is not a bad idea to shoot first and kill a friendly brig....then to potentially lose your loot because you wanted a alliance.
Also. Experienced players...dont go after new players...or...you can...but be nice about it lol.
I had a run in with a semi-new player, who was like rep 30 in most. But didnt know you had to get thw promotions to get the better voyages. So they were ranking up on the free crappy ones.
