Not a hater but, ssf5 characters move fast on a harder difficulty and this is the act of easy difficulty, also you are jumping in way to much without them upper cutting you multiple times. This is not the act of ssf5 hard mode. Plus your able to do multiple combos with the AI's blocking constantly.
Some time ago, I tested Ryu arcade on hard. I didn't have any major problems. However you look at it, when you use your favorite character for a long time, like Ryu - it's easy.

This is easy difficulty, cz every round player health is above 75 % and the opponent is only blocking attacks and not even attacking
