I’m just a bit confused about the policy, it says there’s a chance for your account to be terminated if you’re found to be in violation of the policy that you are the creator of the item that was deleted or you knew the item was in violation of the Terms of Services But it says if you’re neither of those, you’re eligible for a refund, so how would Roblox detect if you knew the item was in violation? Just curious since I clicked “I Agree” and I mostly just don’t want my Roblox account banned for something I didn’t know.

Yes! You have to keep replying until they start deleting you account.
