It is clear in your NOX conversion test that your upstream sensor is skewed. Guaranteed this check engine will come back on once the ECM performs a complete SCR check at some point within a drive cycle. You should have replaced that sensor and rerun the test. Don't trust the computer result that says OK. Learn how sensors work by reading graph correlation between inlet and outlet sensors, it is the same technology on gas engines with O2 sensors. I also have 2014 VNL with a D13. Had exactly this same issue, just that I use a Volvo PTT diagnostic system. Mine did not pass. Same type of squibbly on graph. Point of test is that both graph sensors should never deviate from one another. This is why it is called a corellation test.

You'll need to crank the engine for about 10 seconds right after it shuts down to remove all remaining pressure from the system and push some clean air through the exhaust. I'm surprised it didn't prompt you to do so. It is mandatory to get near-perfect results.

I see you are using the TEXA scanner. How do you like it?

It's definitely useful, they've gotten better

@@fixitjerry We have TEXA and JAL test, are you familiar with JAL? Ive been using the JAL test for certain manufacturers, but we haven’t had Texa for too long so I haven’t used it much. The other guys seem to like it also

She isn't fixed, u gonna need updated nox sensors, or possibly a catalyst

Is it normal for the Downstream NOx reading to be higher than the Upstream?

No the PPM should be lower of what's coming out

Depending of the how hot they are

Lol, typical “mechanic” these days. Leme run a forced regen charge the driver $500 and call it a fix.

The emissions system on a D13 is a very complex system. It requires not only the right tools but also knowledge from the mechanic on how to perform, read and understand the test correctly and determine what it needs. Can’t just slap band aids on it.
