When I want to unlock the third skill it won't let me do it because I have to fulfil some prerequisites, but I don't know what those are. Someone know which ones those are?

Depends which skill you’re trying to unlock. If your trying to find out just look at any lines connecting to the skill above and make sure you have every one unlocked

can you tell me how to fix the unobtained perequities thing in the skill tree?

In the skill tree you see the three top branches that lead down to all the other skills? Some of them attach to eachother so if you look on the other side of that skill you may need to unlock the other branch linked to it as 2ell if that makes any sense. Follow the lines leading up to that skill basically, if you have another line connected to it you don't have filled out thats probably why.
