ITR refund failed - reissue refund request send in 1 minute online process

I submitted refund reissue before 2 weeks not received any refund yet, what to do?

I am facing an issue
My existing citi bank got merged with Axis bank .Account number remains the same but IFSC code has been changed.My tax consultant has added another bank account of mine (Bank of India) and enabled the newly added one as nominate for refund.However,I got a text message saying that my refund of so and so amount has been credited in my account ending with axis/citi bank account number.There is no such amount credited when I checked in my internet banking.I can see that refund is issued in income tax portal.How to get my refund credited in my bank account?If the ifsc code is invalid,how did the transaction happen?
What can I do now to get refund?
