Later I transferred the same account to another branch of SBI with same account number but different IFSC. So I immediately updated the details on income tax portal under profile section. I can see my both validated bank account for refund reissue but the selection button is not active ( not able to select) hence cannot proceed further. Do you have any idea what could be the issue ?
@@prashantdevarde21 for me issue is resolved after raising ticket. They fixed the issue. Anyone facing similar issue, you can raise grievance on income tax portal. Within 3 days they responded saying issue is fixed.
