To all the people complaining: sounding different than in the studio is what makes a live performance amazing you gotta learn to appreciate the beauty of the imperfection.
OMG you could not have said it any better! I actually really like this performance. The 'rawness' of the sound of the band and Lynn's voice when they perform live is what makes me love this band and their music!
For all of you who are wondering about Lynn's vocals, she was pretty ill for the entire trip to the UK and so wasn't in the best place for signing. But she wasn't able to pull out so she went and did her best with what she was capable of doing despite being sick
+TheColourExplore So shes been sick for 2 years straight? Cause every performance sounds like this. I think it comes down to she should not play guitar and sing. Sounds much better when not holding a guitar.
I saw PVRIS in London two weeks ago, and she sounded great live, both with guitar without. Despite that I was only talking about this performance, because even in the video you can see that she's ill. No need to take what I said way out of proportion.
I keep seeing people making excuses arguing she was sick during her uk tour.. but that doesn’t explain her live vocal being ropey 9yrs ago 8 yrs ago, 6yrs ago 5 yrs ago etc etc. you can like their music and be a fan and still admit that even though she kills it in the studio, she’s really not a live singer. That’s fine to say. Don’t knock people who have their own ears and can hear for themselves that her live vocal is never remotely as good as the recording.

I love her. and performing is hard, but there's to many excuses as to why she's not great live. it's always something with you people. maybe she's a good singer, but she rarely shows it live.
