Have you even looked into the price of utilities? Don’t get me wrong, I love the environment, but I personally don’t think we’ve evolved enough to make such a drastic difference, and EVs are certainly not the answer. This is not a challenge to any current competitor in this “drag” space. We have the Copo Camaro which runs the 1/4 mile in 7.6 seconds making this demon 170 look SLOW with it “only” running a 8.9 seconds 1/4 mile. We have family sedans that are quicker than 8.9 1/4 mile on street tires and cost less. Cough cough model s plaid(8.77 second 1/4 mile). I know electric tampons aren’t everyone’s cup of tea but they do get down in a straight line.

0 to 60 in 1.66 seconds, good lord.
Think about it. If you sneeze, it'll be over 60mph by the time you're done. That is incredible.
This car seems so impressive on paper, but I have yet to see a driver be able to put down the power and actually get it to go to 60 in 1.7 seconds.
You have to get it just right on a drag strip to get the best performance possible. It still takes skill to drive these.
