Great review. People have underestimated how useful the Edge panel is. I thank Samsung for doing this. Its a shame there are too many people that are not tech savvy enough to utilize it. I bought mine last week with the Samsung Portfolio cover or whatever it is. I love thé Note Edge but thé smart watches I am not yet very fond of them... I rather keep buying the old fashion regular watch. They need to work harder on thé design of those 2.0 watches.

I got the Note 4 day one on T-Mobile and now I just picked up the Note Edge an I'm definitely loving it, I sold my S5 for the Edge...and I know it's the same as the Note 4 but it feels like a totally different phone in hand an the Edge is very useful it definitely has a elegant and sexy style.

I just bought this phone yesterday at best buy it cost me 908 with taxes for verizon the unlocked version its around 1100 i think yeah it is a lot of money but is a nice phone and something different and that edge screen once you get the hang off it it helps a lot

Got a Note 4 and I loved it till the camera would'nt focus. Turned out was a hardware issue. Took it back to exchange it and they we not in stock but, the Edge was in stock so, got that instead. The camera works fine and had no problem making the decision since I remembered your review about the phone. And you're right went to my dad's house after the exchange, and everyone there kept looking at my phone. Wow factor thru the roof! Thanks to you I feel I made the right choice.

Found my old Note Edge that I got after this review back in 2014, my kid lost my TV remote, powered up the edge and bang it works... seems like the best replacement.. Bring back the floss factor with the pixel 9 semi pro fold

Great video as usual floss. I'm an iphone user and it's one correction I want to make. This notion that android does everything that the iphone can do but not the other way around needs to be put to rest. Where's all the musician apps that I've longed for when I was on android. Capo, imaschine, garage band, djay, Impc, ect. Let's just say that both are good operating systems but for different users.

A lot of reviewers don't like the speaker on the back. I disagree. I think it's optimal placement. When playing a game on my Xperia z1, I would constantly muffle the speaker with my right hand with the speaker on the bottom. I'm more likely to hold my phone than lay it down on the table. Grabbing the phone from the sides is common too, where a lot of phones have their speakers.

If this phone had the same size screen as the Note 4 I'd buy it, but I'm leaning more towards the Note 4. For the larger battery and larger screen, and the note edge has weird video scaling.
You da man floss, I'm feeling that review and as usual too kept it 💯, the side doesn't feel metallic to me and the volume and power buttons on the Note 4 are harder ,also the edge panel doesn't work on UPSM , I had the note 4 on day 1 and then traded it in for the note edge on its 2nd day on the market, once I get my taxes back I'm strongly considering reequiring my white note 4

I just bought this phone yesterday at best buy it cost me 908 with taxes for verizon the unlocked version its around 1100 i think yeah it is a lot of money but is a nice phone and something different and that edge screen once you get the hang off it it helps a lot

For me I prefer the Samsung Galaxy Note edge because I love the style I love all the apps in the functionality that it has I love the design of the phone well i already said that I mean I'm dieing to have that phone but it's too darn expensive why couldn't it be like $750 or something like that like the samsung galaxy 4 for if its the same phone and like they say it has like a similar battery but they say that the HD brighter or higher quality whatever but I don't see the difference but I tell you one thing between the note 4 and the note edge I would personally for myself pick the note edge definitely the note edge because it's all so different than the others phones in the market if it wasn't different I wouldn't want it

Very true with the Floss factor. I have the gear s and the note 4...everyday someone ask me about my watch. They are amazed at what it can do and having it along side the note 4, you are correct there is nothing on the market that can top Samsung right top.

Got a Note 4 and I loved it till the camera would'nt focus. Turned out was a hardware issue. Took it back to exchange it and they we not in stock but, the Edge was in stock so, got that instead. The camera works fine and had no problem making the decision since I remembered your review about the phone. And you're right went to my dad's house after the exchange, and everyone there kept looking at my phone. Wow factor thru the roof! Thanks to you I feel I made the right choice.

Found my old Note Edge that I got after this review back in 2014, my kid lost my TV remote, powered up the edge and bang it works... seems like the best replacement..

Hey Flossy the edge doses have a tool box its under dexterity and interaction.Go to settings- device -accessibility , tap on dexterity and interaction and set it up assistant menu.

Mann, I would really like to give the Note Edge a chance .. BUT until I see ZeroLemon Extended Battery and Protective case with Built-in Screen Protector , I JUST CAN'T DO IT .. L.O.L. .. hopefully ZeroLemon will make that happen soon, because I'll be getting new phone soon .. P.S. I have disabilities so I tend to drop my devices , no matter how carful I am .. Great video as usual floss. I'm an iphone user and it's one correction I want to make. This notion that android does everything that the iphone can do but not the other way around needs to be put to rest. Where's all the musician apps that I've longed for when I was on android. Capo, imaschine, garage band, djay, Impc, ect. Let's just say that both are good operating systems but for different users.

A lot of reviewers don't like the speaker on the back. I disagree. I think it's optimal placement. When playing a game on my Xperia z1, I would constantly muffle the speaker with my right hand with the speaker on the bottom. I'm more likely to hold my phone than lay it down on the table. Grabbing the phone from the sides is common too, where a lot of phones have their speakers.

I got this phone about a week ago, typing on it now. Note edge is the shit. A lot better with recent update. came from an M9 I enjoyed that phone but there's nothing like a Note. I'm loving this edge man. Just waiting on my screen protector. Keep up the good work.

If this phone had the same size screen as the Note 4 I'd buy it, but I'm leaning more towards the Note 4. For the larger battery and larger screen, and the note edge has weird video scaling.

You da man floss, I'm feeling that review and as usual too kept it 💯, the side doesn't feel metallic to me and the volume and power buttons on the Note 4 are harder ,also the edge panel doesn't work on UPSM , I had the note 4 on day 1 and then traded it in for the note edge on its 2nd day on the market, once I get my taxes back I'm strongly considering reequiring my white note 4
