Omicron Build
She's one of the best heroes that can abuse HP-based true damage. If players starts playing her as a tank, I'm afraid she'll end up like Karina.
She can be played like one month ago karina tank, but still won't be unbalanced like karina tank bcs at the end karrie need a.speed item, her attack range is short, she needs a lot of times to kill enemies with tank build, unlike karina who can deal high burst dmg + skill reset while being dead ass tanky
@@hephaestus5365 That's fair, she needs ASPD stat to apply her marks faster. I remember when player used to go for Golden staff + -CD reduction tank build on Karrie to abuse her 2nd skill bonus hit passive. Not sure if it still works with her current 2nd skill cooldown 🤔
@@realpeople415 in theory dhs+golden staff with the rest item being deffensive items seems broken only if we're playing at low rank (below mythic). Bcs in my experience sadly, she won't do much and will be outshined by other mms, at current meta i only pick her when enemies has low cc compostion + low ranged hero composition, which is too rare to happen haha.
P.S karrie is one of my favourite mm 🐓❤️

Layla came first then Karrie. So no point whoever says otherwise.
That nerf is pretty good. However, Karrie's passive isn't dependable that much on her ULT. Of course, the speedy lightwheel phase of Karrie doubles her DPS and makes it easier to trigger her passive. But if the player builds attack speed items, with the addition of her 2nd skill not being affected by the CD nerf, Karrie will still dominate with her passive. Just attack speed, Endless Battle, and she can still be the tank meta we used to know.
Nope. Single target heroes are trash specially in MG rank.
Unless you can burst enemy with a blink of an eye and kite out, you are good. But none the less. It's gg. Too many good heroes, why gamble?

The definition of meta is "most effective tactics available". If we go back to 2017, all heroes have a chance to show their abilities in international tournaments.
As time goes by, more heroes join the game and more heroes get nerfed. This causes imbalance to the game, because there's too many OP heroes and too many useless heroes that don't stand a chance in the meta.
So, back to my comment. I said that the meta is *currently* sht. It doesn't matter if you use Vexana and try to make it work, because it won't. Some other examples are Faramis in M3. Or X.Borg that have been used once (See You Soon).

She's one of the best when it comes to tanky enemies with those true damage passive. But it's quite hard to position her a lot and if not careful, you can accidentally used 2nd skill and leap nearer to enemy instead 😂
try aiming it slightly sideways and slanted towards where the opponent is. for me skill 2 isn't mainly for positioning really, its damage for passive activation. second skill Its great for pokes too, hope that helps.

For me I think Karrie's passive was the problem for her low pick rate. If they remove the damage cap of her passive then she will definitely make a come back.

It's hard to carry with karrie on the current meta so a buff is quite a good move but due to long ultimate cd It's still viable but not that effective enough to keep up with the high burst meta.
Too OP because of low CD, that's the reason why Karrie sa nerf so hard

Still 20 sec+ cd is too much.
Beatrix is easily to get bully with Clint and Brody, if you really know what you're doing.

40 seconds is too much for mm's ulti cooldown; around 25-30 seconds is just fine. Unlike other's ulti, karrie's ulti is not intended for crowd control or crowd vision as compared with gatot, helcurt, aldous, franco or zhask.

I often use Karrie as jungle in mythical glory(depending on lineups) and she still does well.
I think the main problem is players, especially new ones, not knowing how to play or build her.
Laning with her sucks but she’s still good with a build like in the video in mid to late game.
What they should really buff is her atrocious range, maybe her first skill too while they’re at it. Literally no one was complaining about her ult basic attack damage because players should be focusing on her passive damage
Yes you're right , the only thing I want on her is to have bigger range. The other buffs are just unnecessary.
Don't forget that Montoon keeps on releasing op heroes that will instantly become metas instead of focusing on forgotten heroes (like Karrie).If they stop releasing new heroes and focus more on forgotten heroes, wouldn't it be fun and fair as you get to pick any heroes rather than picking the same 10 heroes everytime you play.

Karrie during the early days was simply a Tank that moving like Wanwan. I remember not even Haya or Harley able to kill or outrun Karrie. Her spammable 2nd skill was just insane. 😂
The only problem with karrie is her second skill don't automatically hit the enemy's hero. You need to lock target first, unlike before, she's easier to use.
Exactly. It's hard to proc your passive in a clash of multiple enemies, you have to keep track of what your 2nd skill is going to hit because unlike karina, her stacks reset with each new enemy hit.
Right now the most annoying mm is lesley that had been buffed recently and is op

I've been playing Karrie for a while like I just played her just now she's still as good as ever if you know how to use her.
She's not op even if you know how to use her. Her damage really fails in late game And her attack range is so small. But I don't think she is the worst Marksman. Just use beatrix if you want to use MM
I use inspire for a bit of lifesteal so she can sustain in close range

I just bought her recently because I saw how strong she was against tanks. Knowing that she will be buffed really excites me pero I think that 40 second cd should be reduced 🥺🙏🏻
I don't know why other players build windtalker over golden staff for Karrie just for movement speed. Karrie relies on her passive to maximize her damage and golden staff is the best item for that. This is my first time in a while to see someone build golden staff on her. I enjoy playing her and I think bloodlust axe is also a good item for her and my emblem that I'm using is fighter emblem with festival of blood talent it can help her sustain more.
Even though karrie is nerfed or whatever, she's still good in teamfights because of her passive.

I recommend using Karrie as a marksman on exp lane because she is good even without much items she loses to other marksman tho in 1vs1, her pushing skills is good and she can easily bully fighters as long as she doesn't get stuned to the turret or oneshotted.
Recommended build for exp lane Karrie:first item 2mana necklace:phy Def boots: DHS:Golden staff or windtalker:thender belt:Brute force breastplate:endless battle:extra items antique aquirass if enemy has hayabusa or Lancelot.Wind of nature of enemy has marksman.Thr new magic defense item if enemy has fusion or Ammon.Athena shield if you don't want to be bullied by the enemy mage.
I also recommend purify her mobility is good already so she doesn't need flicker
Before, when her s2 prioritize units with her mark. but now, hmm you are on combo but her s2 will fly away on other units gg.

Moonton should learn from Vale they buff Vale consecutively then he is now the most popular mage from rarely used hero

Karrie is like Helcurt which was very popular but now rarely can be seen in most games
that april 10,2020 nerfed was during the funnel meta.
iirc, claude and karrie dominated the funnel meta strategy that moonton decides to nerfed these two heroes and then we started seeing roger rise again.

When Deciding Between what defence items to buy u should consider what enemies are going for ur nuts if the enemies hunting u down are magic dmg dealers go for magic defense even if there are more physical DMG Dealers in the enemy lineup

Elgin's build is the best build for her.
I'm also going to experiment with a Bloodlust Axe + Oracle (true damage is spell vamp and she'll regain health on passive activation). Oracle would replace Athena in this case, and BLA would replace Golden Staff so we get 40% CDR.
Pretty sure you can't exceed 35% CDR unless you have Enchanted Talisman. I honestly don't remember.
