Polishing black factory paint on a classic car is one of the most harrowing things you can do. One motion thats not absolutely smooth will give you a swirl mark.
The warning on the trunk is something I need for the hood on my '92 Camaro. If a new tech starts working at my buddy's shop, I make sure to watch and see how they try to open the hood (if they can even get it open, it sticks) and then run out to stop them to show them how to open it. It has a mind of its own.
Well as I wait to see how much and what intensity of weather Ian is going to bring to my area of Florida I live in…..I find myself totally relaxed watching another chill video from an amazing artist of his profession…..The video photography, the absolute sick smooth tunes and the total transformation of the classic people mover helps take the mind off of the circumstances our state is in….

You should get the rupes Scorpio 3 for wet sanding the bigger surfaces. I just bought it and it has made a big difference. I started doing my cobra by hand a just couldn’t take it anymore. Cuts down on time and saves your hands a bit lol. The best paint jobs and polishing jobs are always the ones that look like a damn mirror. I love it!
P.s. I laughed hard when I saw the note on the deck lid. I just got done with detailing a Silva that was imported from japan and the deck lid came up so hard and with so much force I thought I broke the damn thing 😂

Question! Any tips on polishing hood and roof? Everytime I try my best but it concaves and the polisher doesnt do the job correctly even tho barely applying pressure or none… and if too much well it concaves 😕 appreciate the help buddy!🙏🏼 Great work of filming and detailing as always!

hey man! love your channel. couple questions for you. I see that you have really only used manual wet sanding. Do you recommend or like machine sanding? Also I noticed you used the 3in Rupes on the small Exterior part of the A pillar - Do you find a benefit over the Nano?
Thanks yo Ezequiel! So the sanding is really just preference, I prefer doing it by hand. But body shops will do it by machine because it’s faster. And the 3 inch rupes is more powerful, especially on panels with concave like that 🖤
Haha my standards are definitely high but let’s be honest. The channel allows me to continue the process on the cars and take them to a level I didn’t even know prior🙂
My man’s Getting every last drop of life out of those Rupes blue wools 😮 thankfully the MFs are more durable with Better performance. Give them a shot! I highly respect and enjoy your work and the content is HIGHLY PREMIUM. Keep up the fantastic work 😊
I started giving detailed washes for campers and rv's where I live because of your channel gave me inspiration. My hands hurt like hell after I wash a 40ft rv. Love the channel!!!!! Hows the pressure washer doing... Im in the market for one currently because my Caterpillar electric just gave up.
