Loved this video! You touched on some important things that can influence how delicious a pain au chocolat is and showed one place that I haven’t heard of. I wasn’t aware Michalek’s viennoiserie was so good. Would love to see Asian and Asian influenced pastries like from Patisserie Ginko.
Merci, thank you ! Glad you enjoyed the video! Michalak’s was a great find. I love the idea of exploring Asian pastries -definitely something to consider for the future! 😊
Merci! 😊 I'm glad you enjoyed the video. It’s always fun to team up with my friends who are also Parisian content creators -it adds such a good vibe! See you soon for the next one (coming out Thursday!) :)
So great to try out so many choclatines 😉 I have mixed feelings about croissants- they're irresistibly tasty, yet I've seen how they're made (layers and layers of butter! The more the flakiness= loads of butter lol) It's a heart attack with flavour 😅
What sucks is there are a couple of well known Asian bakeries that have locations in Paris, but they don't do bakery items you might normally see them make, instead they do French classics, which is kinda stupid in my opinion, it's what Paris Baguette did when they opened a Paris location. But to find Asian bakeries usually you have to look for small independent bakeries that do French classics with flavors from the baker's home country and maybe one or two items that aren't French.
Oh yes, Frappe is such a cool spot! And you're right-Asian foods and asian pastries in Paris are amazing. I’ll definitely try to feature some of them in a future video!
Loved your video! My wife and I have been in Paris twice in the past 3 years. We love croissants, our mission was to find the best one. I know it is very hard, so many good choices. :) On the first visit we went to about five different boulangeries and we thought we found the best one in Carton. Untill, we came back on second visit and tried five new places and now hands down our favorite place for croissant and Pain au chocolat is La Maison d'Isabelle. Other notable mentions Mamiche, Utopia, Brigat'.
Merci ! Thank you. Yes, I loved trying out the different croissants! The ones you mentioned are actually featured in a video I previously made. 😊this one : ruclips.net/video/-3XCB51kN4k/видео.html Your croissant journey sounds fantastic, and I agree-it's hard to pick a favorite with so many great options!
@@FrenchWithElle Thank you for the link. Big like from us. Carton brings good memories. :) Please visit Maison d'Isabelle, would like to hear your opinion.
Je me demandais si c'est facile de trouver des "kougn amanns" a paris aussi? Je l'ai decouvert seulement recentement et je l'adorais absolutement, c'est ma viennoiserie preferee maintenant!
Hello, KONNICHIWA Gabrielle! I'm glad that Theo seems to be doing well. I also like pain au chocolat as well. Things I can buy in Paris are bigger than things here i can buy in Osaka Japan, and I feel like that I`m getting a better deal! I also like melon pan! merci pour votre belle vidéo!
Hi, Konnichiwa! 😊 I'm glad you love pain au chocolat too! It’s true, the pastries in Paris are often bigger. I would love to go back to Japan to try all the pastries, especially melon pan, which is the best! I lived in Kobe for a short while when I was a child, but I've forgotten most of the flavors. Merci pour ton message et à bientôt! 🍰✨
Merci beaucoup !
J'adore le mix of French and English! Every crunch of Elle's pain au chocolat makes me warm with Paris envy:)
Lovely video! You’ve covered many places! Now I want to try them all 😋
Wow Frappe is exciting, can’t wait to try their pain as chocolat
Wooooow I need to try those !

Yes, the François Perret one is really unique! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
You are so fortunate to have that variety on your doorstep , they look lovely , will try on my next visit, thank you :)
Thank you! 😊 I do feel lucky to have all these spots in the same city. Definitely try them out when you're here next time-you won't be disappointed :)
Great video. Also, good to see Theo - with a beard! Hope he is well, and you two can make another video, again...
Some of the pain au chocolats were huge! I wonder if the best one also had the best croissants? Thanks for the video. 😀
Merci ! I actually made a similar video where I tried croissants! You can check it out here 😊

Le film est génial. Quand je visite Paris je sais où les chercher. Tu as l'intention de faire la même video mais avec les croissants? S'il te plaît
