I get about 50 emails per day from people who offer their services. It is impossible to hire everyone or to even reply to everyone. About 30 % of emails are questions about pinterest that could easily be asked in my video comments.

Then get a certificate, and get a job in medical billing and coding. You will not make money AT ALL online without some sort of professional education, contrary to popular belief.
