Great question! It certainly can be scary, but the best way to overcome it is by sheer practice. Focus on your message, not your nerves and imagine you're talking to a friend. And it’s ok if you mess up. I still have a difficult time when recording myself. The more you do it the more comfortable you’ll become to the camera. Hope this helps!
