"He is not ready to accept that he had lied about the audit of Indian Army. Audit of Govt. Sector is always done by The Office of Auditor General in context of Nepal and India. Auditor General can appoint any other licensed Auditor in case of time constraints or in any circumstances But I don't think that for the Audit of Indian Army Auditor general has appointed the any other auditor instead of doing by own ;As Army is very very sensitive thing for the country.
I think he is a one of the best story maker in this generation. And he tries to prove that he has done audit of indian army by saying I have a friend who is a CA and by using the term "internal and external audit".
I'm not saying he can't be semi-qualified CA but now he is making the exaggerated claims of his articleship. " - By a real CA student
