Hi Jimmy! Thanks so much for the work you do and the information you give. Truly a God-send 😂 I'm a freelance web designer with loads of marketing experience and was looking to broaden my offer. Using this as an entry point in order to work with b2b clients is going to the better option I think. Thanks again Jimmy Best of luck! PS Im looking forward to eventually thanking you for the clients I'll be getting! 😂
What no one is talking about is how do you set the infraestructure for your clients without getting burnt in the process. I'd assume that you can't have unlimited accounts with gmail starter gsuit or microsofot 365, or have too many domains in any one place either. How do you work around that?
THE ONLY GURU WHO'S NOT SELLING COURSES AND PROVIDE ALL VALUE FOR FREE I have a question please: i am confused about the license part, if i buy a domain , buy a MS365 Business basic account -> admin center to set up 3 emails from domain (here comes the license part, how do i get license , i basically am confused about this license thing ??).
Bro amazing video. Just one question, when you signed your first client do you use the email of the enterprise of your customer to send mails to potencial customers? or do you use your own emails?
great video! Just getting into creating agency where i create leads, do cold emails/calls, and close sales for the B2B service niche. Do you think this niche is a good one and the service I am providing is doable?
JIMMY one detail you missed is when putting together the email campaign for your clients do you help them to put together a VSL you can use? and do all the calls go directly to them?????? Essentially are you having to do their sales call for them???
Yeah, it's client by client but I typically script the VSL for them and the client films it. I don't take the sales calls for my clients, they do that themselves or with their own sales team
So I got my first client to purchase my services. What exactly I’m doing to help the buyer? I am running ads, have a large following on socials or make a video about their business?
For the lead generation agency biz model, you'd sell them cold emails to generate leads, and you're setting up the cold email infrastructure, crafting their offer, scraping leads, putting together cold email campaign similar to the steps outlined in steps 1-6 - except, it would be with your client's information and for their business
@@jimmyfung_ so basically I cold email the clients about helping them to attract more clients to their business and I would create email about their business to attract new clients. I forgot to put hypothetically in the beginning of my last comment.
I did and everyone should include one as well if they don’t have case studies. “ We do xyz and we don’t get paid a dollar until we do” - essentially a performance pricing structure
@@jimmyfung_ Which approach do you recommend: charging half the setup fee upfront and the rest later, or only getting paid for leads once they’re delivered? What’s worked better for you?
I am clothing manufacturer, and i was finding problem looking for clothing brand owners in USA, and suddenly your video showed up in my feed... It's really awesome research you have done so far, Maybe it can help me in my business generating the leads??
Jim your videos are amazing and inspiring but I literally have zero dollars in my bank account. I would love to learn and implement what you are teaching but is there a solution I could & implement without money involve? Of course I would use cash with I get some but in the mean time is there any way I could use all the tools used in lead generation for free? Jim your advice and expertise would mean a lot to me on this. Any advice/solution?
Jim can you make a video on subsequences?? I have a 9 to 5 and i’m not able to respond to calls at my job.. i need a VA with a solid SOP and subsequences set up..
Sorry for asking too many questions😅😅, I'm a newbie. I would like to know when you charge 2000 dollars with for example 300 for each reserved call, in the 2000 dollars the purchase of the domain, the subscription on appollo and smartleadai are included inside or it is separate
It should be included as part of the setup fee that you charge. If you charge $2000 your month to month cost for the client should be $250-$500 so that should leave you 70-80% profit margins

How do you mean get burned? You want to collect money upfront so that you can allocate it towards the setup
I think he’s referring to getting burned “per lead”
Thank you so much for this video 🎉🎉🎉

You can purchase a outlook business basic account inside the MS admin centsr
MS admin center
@@jimmyfung_ Thanks, but i'm asking about how do i get licenses, that you need for creating an email address.
You can purchase it here (this might be the canadian link version): www.microsoft.com/en-ca/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-basic
Bro amazing video. Just one question, when you signed your first client do you use the email of the enterprise of your customer to send mails to potencial customers? or do you use your own emails?
I get “burner” emails for my clients and use those to send cold emails on behalf of them

Which B2B service in specific? B2B service is a bit too broad - Marketing, Recruitment, Web Design Agencies would be examples of a niche
crazy value 🔥

Hey Jimmy, Would insurance be a good niche to focus on?
It could be potentially yeah. Make sure you do your research with that niche first
So I got my first client to purchase my services. What exactly I’m doing to help the buyer? I am running ads, have a large following on socials or make a video about their business?
What service did you sell your clients? Did u sell cold email lead generation, paid ads, or social media management?

Jimmy, did you use a "risk reverse" strategy when you were starting out? If so, could you please share a sample?
I did and everyone should include one as well if they don’t have case studies.

Hi bro. Can you please provide a link to the docs you used here?
Can we get the doc?
How can I get clients for them? Do I need to send cold emails on their behalf, like I do to get clients for my own agency?
Yes exactly
I am clothing manufacturer, and i was finding problem looking for clothing brand owners in USA, and suddenly your video showed up in my feed... It's really awesome research you have done so far,
Maybe it can help me in my business generating the leads??
Yeah you can definitely use cold emails to reach out to clothing brand owners.
Relatively simple once you build the list of brand owners

Do you create a VSL or have the client create a VSL as part of the sales process that you setup for the client?
I generally create it and ask my clients to film it

Yeahh 👍

Hi bro ❤
Hi! 👋
Jim looks like you didn't set up DKIM and DMARC? is that automatic now?
It’s not, you’d need to set it up as part of the domain setup process
