I would start out small, don't get your hopes up there is a possibility of it flopping, but if it does try again and think of new things, invite people make friends online, talk to people who have minecraft and are comfortable with their voices being uploaded, write scripts make jokes, and most importantly, have fun, if people see that you and the people who are roleplaying are genuinely having fun then more will come to watch, make behind the scenes videos and let people see your personality, I hope your channel grows strong!
