Jessetc. The reason why the firework bended is because the firework is only connected to the hinges making it have alot of weight then the hinges, like in the rope video, you made it out of the way you made those hinges.
i actually did this the first time that the fireworks updated, i just didn't make it full not because i didn't have enough hinge or blocks or even fireworks
basically just because it will take around 3 minutes to get to the end, and on the wall you will kinda get stuck, plus because of the limit you have to set up the fireworks standing to actually try to make it work

You gotta do 2 bars, up instead of doing one and then doing the next you go criss cross. So bottom firework, then top firework, and repeat
you can just place a firework then just 1, and i mean ONE hinge, right on the top of the firework and then clone it alot then put a chair at the end of it, then you can make it go to the end if theres enough. :To Jesse - I hope you see this and i hope it helps
Jesse, this glitch has been known for years and the firework you are using isnt the most recent one the most recent one is the white one with red and blue spirals
2:02 it actually does work but the firework needs to be collision on (any block needs to be collision in for other blocks placed on it) and it must be saved like that (u even mentioned this in one if your videos where u majed a timed door (delay blocks werent added)

Jesse, a easy solution for the bending is having a floor below the fireworks (like 0.1 below so there won’t be much bend and is easier that the other way to do it lol

Oh nice, i just got my minecraft fireworks and i'm using it on my elytra BUT on build a boat
you should build a working drawing board. (a GIANT drawing board)
if you cant think of a way to, go down.
so build the model of the drawing board and use pistons that have coal or smth on them and stick the ink material through the drawing board. buttons will activate the pistons, easy build.
This is perfect but what when you are in a stage that you get shot or hit by flying objects
I actually have known the trick long time ago after discovering the harpoon trick and it also works on soccer balls

For the bending issue you could’ve just made a platform it can fall on
Genius!
But then what if when he launched the build would just fall off the platform and back on to the ground
You know you can just make it super TALL then attach it to your body and sit in a sideways seat, anchor what needs to be anchored and voila! You can now get to the end.

I use to try that by using only one firework and a few time glass but failed
There needs to be a block that explodes when it reaches a wall or crashes into something

i think that glitch only happens when there’s too many free flowing parts
