Hi Ian will let you know next week off to Aragon with no limits will get vids up too. It's quite important to set up clearances as I was .4 mill out and it was slipping too much, got someone with more experience to get stack height perfect. Keep watching for updates
hello, can you tell me where you left off the clutch disc? the one in the back of the basket or under the pressure plate? I have the same clutch but I'm still not sure how to mount it. I would omit the under the pressure plate ...
Hi, @Andrew Bright thanks for the upload. Can you confirm the following for the order of the Clutch Plates, Start with Friction, Steel, F,S , etc and End with Friction? This is different to the factory OEM Start with Steel and end with Steel.
Hi - I wonder if you could help me. I am helping a friend out with his RSVR that has a leaky gear change oil seal. I was hoping to be able to get the seal out but i know it wont go that way knowing me...im assuming the clutch has to come out to pull the gear selector through? Many thanks.
Andrew Bright ok I have clutch locking tool bought already. But as I can see this tool only lock the two cages that hold the clutch discs to avoid rotation only between the center support and the cage itself. How I lock the engine? It is a must engage a gear?
Ian Cox Hi Ian, worked brilliantly at Aragon last weekend, no fishtailing going into corners hard on the brakes. This year I lapped 9 seconds faster!!, vid coming up shortly. Must put this down to the slipper plus new quickshifter and Brembo RCS19 brake pump and a good instructor!! Had a go on a BMW HP4 there!!! I WANT ONE!! So easy to ride fast.
Great video, nice and clear

I need your help. You didn't explain if we need block the engine or engage 6th gear to do that. I should do that??
To remove old clutch and install Sigma you will need to lock the engine to aid torquing the main Nut. Clutch locking tool will help.
