I like Apollo because he's not a typical magician that relies on orchestrated tricks that anyone can really do. his art comes from his ability to perceive and deceive people, which is not a trick.
Really glad I'm not the only one thinking he's so attractive!
Was I the only one disappointed when I discovered he only appears in one season of brain games? He was the best of the show!
Agreed! I loved his role on Brain Games! He's incredibly talented!
His smirk gets me every time 😍
I like the way he looks under his hat.his so cool
I came into the comments section thinking some dudes will be talking about the hot girl.☺
But instead saw girls commenting about how hot Apollo is.😑
wait, there was a hot girl?! 😮
/edit: dang, you were right, she's cute.
Its not that the girl is an idiot. Its that he's extremely confident and very friendly and PERSUASIVE.
just look at the no of girls commenting below...
He knows what he's doin..
One time I won rock paper scissors more than ten times in a row...? Does that count for anything??? lol

4 for 4 is 1 in 16: 6.25%
All magic I guess can be seen as a form of persuasion because you're getting people to go along with your premise. It's a little bit thin though
I do this everyday with my job

I used to do this in high school but would lose on purpose than tell them to put money on it. Then i would win lol.
wizz bizz
I don't see how that anything to do with persuasion...
Well he kind of persuaded her that she always won.
That was just a basic example.
Take the classic "It's my way, or the high way". Or as ex American president Bush said, "Either you are with me, or against me". In this case he was talking about the Iraq war.
So, do you support the freedom fighter or the terrorist?
He presents you two options, and it is clearly in your favor to support him. This is where most people fail to see the other choices they have.
You could be neutral, simply don't care. You could favor diplomatics over war. Or make a business and earn money on the way, and not really care about the fight / send the money to help the war victims. You could also choose not to answer at all.
By offering you two choices, you focus so intensly on them, you forget all the 300 other options you have.
You can also color the choices, making one look way better than the other, or even better, serve two choices which both are in your favor. No matter what people choose, you win.
8% chance of her doing that
Jimmy Stavridis isnt it 6.25%? 0.5^4 right?

Deception professional = professional pickpocket
that example had seriously nothing to do with persuasion
Apollo persuaded her that she got lucky in choosing the chess piece every time by not telling her right away that he had two. It didn't occur to the girl to ask about a second piece. She saw one and assumed that it was the only one, which is why the trick worked to persuade her that she got lucky.
oh hi anaconta, at first I thought I had commented on this video 7 years ago without remembering that.
and then I saw we were sharing the same avatar image 😁
