You mad man you, I asked for it and you did it. Thanks man, even if it wasn't directly because of me, I appreciate you making this video because I really wanted your take on the show. I personally loved it, it was wild, but the ending was quite the disappointment, I feel, because it kinda just fizzled an exit which was quite the contrast to the madness of the show as a whole.

I tremendously enjoyed this review! it was refreshing, so I"m from South America, I haven't had the chance to watch the show you just reviewed but from your review I think the white Jaguar from the show is called a Kanaima. Its a common Amazonian spirit that lives in the amazon jungle. It possesses people and sends them into murderous rage. To this day these spirits are heavily believed in by South Americans

Loved it! It was fresh, humorous at times, and gory. Suitably creepy, and kept me guessing. I was a little let down at the ending because I thought it would all be explained, but that’s ok. I hope they leave this as a one off, and don’t try to make a sequel.

Amazing video, and you explained the most important symbols I think, but I'm still curious about some other symbols. The contrast in her clothes from dark to white, why the trap door kept thumping if the jaguar spirit was already able to see her during daytime, what is the meaning of the pig toy and the reverse in power play where Lisa literally got the keys to Lou's room at the end of the series when he walked into her apartment all the time at the beginning etc. Also: how does the symbiotic relationship between Lisa and Lou actually work and what is the symbolism behind the worm? Still got a lot of questions but great video though 👌🏼.

    Something that wasn't touched on:
There were a ton of parallels between Lou Burke's first conversation with Lisa over lunch and Alvin's conversation with Lisa at lunch. Both promised her the same thing so she didn't believe Alvin and thought she was about to begin the same cycle over again. That's why she walked away.

Remember when Mary was looking at Lisa while they were filming the eye part, it shows some kind of demonic face over Lisa's face, I think when they took the peyote the jaguar entity entered Lisa which encouraged Mary to eat her own eyeball which caused the big light flash which let Boro know that the Jaguar spirit had found a vessel again to go after Boro and it would eventually connect them all together and Mary had reason to hate Lisa and side with Boro against her.
I think that Lisa is going back to Brazil to
    1. Not get caught for the murders and deaths surrounding her in LA and
    2. To find that entity with the no face because it told her to come to find her, I think it is the Jaquer spirit taken the form of Lisa's mother in a sense to draw her more to it and it also wants Lisa as a vessel to get at Boro once in for all. Lisa pukes up white kittens this is the jaguar's essence which is why Boro needs them from Lisa to drink their blood for more power.

I loved loved loved the show, but if you're allegedly diving into a foreign culture, please learn about it and respect it. ALSO. Rosa Salazar is AMAZING in this, but she doesn't have a Brazilian bone in her body. She is Canadian with a Peruvian father and NOT ALL LATINO CULTURES ARE THE SAME. In fact, Brazil is SPECIFICALLY of non-hispanic colonization and it feels disrespectful to ALL cultures to be generalized as such. But yeah, overall, the show is GREAT

I don't think the faceless spirit took the poison from Lisa and transferred it to Boro, I thought that the poison had just wore off, not killed her like Boro was wanting her to believe? Cause she had scratched Boros face before Lisa went down the trap door and escaped... I think the meal with the sex and blood magic was ment to put Lisa in a certain state so she could convince her to allow the jump.. cause Boro was saying there's not much time left, after having mentioned multiple times in the previous episodes that she was getting tired.

I liked a lot of parts of this show, and visually it was always great, but I was disappointed by the simplistic way it ended...Demon wanted to take over a body, didn't do it due to plot armor, then took over another random person. They setup a lot of weird, crazy things and it all ended up being that simple? Boro could have taken over Lisa's body, or anyone else's at any point...The zombie helpers served no real purpose and neither did the curse really.

The actors and imagery are perfectly portrayed. Lisa Nova is ELECTRIC ⚡ her cunning ,growth, strength and determination grows as the story continues.
Boro is intelligent, resourceful, manipulative witch. What a life. I love animals I'm obsessed. Boro had sex with a white Jaguar for some reason thinks she can keep running 😂. What a life 900 years old can't run forever from the mighty, majestic, powerful Jaguar is coming for you Boro. I'll keep wishing they continue this series. And Lou our antagonist is a tipical male predator who pray on Lisa Nova and thinks money and manipulation can get him who and anything he wants.
