My favourite Adam West moment is when he is walking on the beach with lois' sister Carol and says he's gonna make this a night she'll never forget: then he shoots a random person on a pier. That was such a good and unexpected joke.

Small things are still small, regardless of how stationary the image is. And most people aren't going to look at the dogs' feet. I love the second one where the assistant jabs him in the back of the head with a stick in order to get his thoughts back on track. Given how scrambled the mayor's mind is, he would obviously have to do that a lot.
