For anyone unaware of the Balenciaga controversy it mainly stems from a holiday photo shoot they did a while back which featured children holding teddy bear plush bags that were wearing very adult related clothing.
I’m also sure that in the same photo shoot they had fake ‘pedophilia’ court cases in the corners
It was actually even worse than that. They were broadly promoting pedophilia. There were documents and books of court cases and authors who supported the sexualization of children. All of them support pedophilia. It’s so sick so I’m glad fortnite isn’t returning their items but they should remove those items from game and return everyone’s v-bucks. I threw up looking into what happened. 😥🤢

Hot marat is the rarest emote in the game even though it was free
because it was only out for one day. People say fresh is more rare, but the last time it came out was three days before hot marat and fresh has came out for 25 times
The fact that both kiss and raise the cup were never mentioned as limited time cosmetics (like they’ve done with cosmetics previously) still pisses me off to this day. I never bought kiss the cup because I couldn’t at the time and I thought I could get it another time next “FN World Cup” and I never got raise the cup because I was patient enough to wait for kiss the cup over raise the cup. Because of that now I have neither of them. Thanks Epic!

Actually only missing a couple of emotes from this video, whilst having everything else. But this is because most of the ones I am missing were last available during the time I had stopped playing the game, between Season X and c2s6. Such as 'Raise The Cup' and 'Head Banger.' 👀

i used to play almost everry day between season 5 and 8 but then i stopped at season 9
then support ended for my old computer when season x dropped
haven't played since but came back at the end of last season
I hope the Pull Up, Fresh, and Slalom Style emote will return, I really want them.
If anything fresh is the most unlikely to return at this point.

Stuck does not have any non child friendly words in it, most people just don't listen to the words closely so they instantly think it's a bad word. But i have noticed she has mentioned Balenciaga in the lyrics so that makes the chance of ot comin back even less

I wish Epic would have an item shop of music packs that were only in the shop once or twice and haven't been back in a while. People focus on skins and emotes but they had so many good tracks too.

Its Because it wasnt really suppoused to be in the item shop it really was askelly peely bindle and some of epic worker made a mistake but putting the black eidow to the shop so the pickaxe havent retuned due skelly peely doesnt have a pickaxe in bundle

It also sucks that too many people heard the "bussin" in Stuck emote lyrics as the P word, if it was really saying that, it doesn't make sense they haven't censored it. They were going to censor it for sure. Thanks for the info, Soul.

2:14 I remember when we were gonna have a 4th dababy emote but it got scrapped in August 2021 because of what he did back then that's how we could tell it was serious
the stuck emote has swears yes but the steady emote's full song have swears as well, and in the icon radio the song's swears are censored, so the stuck emote might come back but who knows?

Im surprised Tidy isnt in this video because thats a very rare emote and I have it. Not many ppl do and its crazy to think itll probably never come back. I definitely will say the one emote im dying for a return soon is Rushin Around, I wasnt on Fortnite when it came back in 2022 😢

With fresh I no longer think the lawsuit is an issue cause with tidy and rambunctious they came back even only for an hour they've now shown the lawsuits aren't the reason. Now the reason goes the same as why Mike L won't return for awhile with the Will Smith Oscars slap debacle as he did those moves while being the fresh price of ballar.

Stuck, Head Banger and Widow’s kick can come back as their is nothing wrong with them. Its just up to the IP/rights holder to allow it.
Everything else I doubt it due to being specific releases or controversy, thou controversy can die down so its sort of a 50/50 for again if the ip or even Epic would like them to return. Fresh (and “Its Complicated” as well) can come back but seems they rather avoid the legal headaches they might bring.
You cant forget that Head Banger IS related to a large controversy which was the deaths at astroworld
I got the Welcome! and the Sing Along emotes from all of this. You are also missing the one from Travis Scott's event in which you raise a mic on fire, although it was a free reward.
Hoping kiss the cup gets accidentally added to shop as well. Since it didnt have the limited time only tag like the others, it could've come out with bugha but at least they didnt let the music pack go to waste
a few weeks ago tidy and rambunctious would have been on this list anything is possible I would not be surprised if any of these emotes return to the shop again just be ready

@@Tom-ji9yr correct but it is still slightly possible an exclusive can return as we have had three exclusives show up in the shop like the wrap that you had to buy a $500 gaming chair and a glider you needed to buy a graphics card to obtain and the bhangra boogie emote which I think you needed to buy a phone to get if I can remember correctly. It is very high possibly for hot marat to return as it was an limated time offer that was free and now they brought the dulist grace to the shop which backs up my argument.

There's not that much info about that emote, as for now it's not that rare. If it doesn't came could be because of the war but that's a really generic explanation. No one knows why so, against that situation it's better not to put those emotes. We also have the other 800 Vbucks Russian emote (don't know the name). But yeah, there's just literally 0 speculation or info, that why is not there

I thought the raise the cup emote wasn't exclusive to the world cup they've release the Nvidia glider so there's a chance the raise the cup might return
The green glider is not nvidia exclusive, they've made red versions of the items in reflex set and those are actually Nvidia exclusive

Even though I don’t play fortnight anymore the song from kiss the crown brought back mad memories
I made a huge mistake of buying the 950 battle pass in season 3 chapter 1 instead of the bundle because I bought the fresh emote when it was in the item shop. By far my worst/best decision ever because i only made it to tier 60 and the only skin Ive wanted was dark voyager.

I think it's more reasonable and tangible that Stuck hasn't returned because Cardi B has been in some legal trouble herself. Don't remember what it was exactly about though.

1. Fresh Emote didn't get a lawsuit. The judge denied the appeal because 800 v bucks wasn't enough.
2. Kiss the cup didn't say limited time & in the blog post, it said "world warrior fishtick Style and the Wrap. Also, the kiss the cup emote will come .... if it was part of the world warrior, it would have said world warrior, fishtick style, wrap and emote.
The Fresh lawsuit was dropped because it was deemed too simple to be considered a choreography.
i don't agree with second point:
Landing in the store on Thursday, July 25 at 8 PM ET, will be exclusive Fortnite World Cup 2019 Outfits - World Warrior and World Cup style for Fishstick - and a wrap. The ‘Kiss the Cup’ emote will also be available beginning Friday, July 26 at 8 PM ET. These cosmetics will never be available again, so make sure to pick them up before they leave the store on Sunday, July 28 at 8 PM ET.

@@zsoliddannys242 it wasn’t really his full dance and the music is different I can agree there plus it’s basic but looks like the emote keeps going and going plus last emote that’s purple that was or not introduced in season 1 plus the only old time that was first brought but I’m still glad I got ram and tidy even tho I like the emote in my opinion my most favorite is ram so I’m happy now my life is much perfect when that emote is in my locker also fresh would be the most perfect thing to be added bc of the back and forth movement 🤟❤️
If fresh ever comes back I grabbing it. I'm og but never got any battlepass until chapter 2 season 2 and also play on a different account so it would be nice to have the emotes I remember loving in chapter 1
