I went to take a dump, didn’t know they could break my base , came back everything got destroyed. LOL
Almost happened to me: I didn’t know exactly what it was and had no ammo and no walls yet so they broke most of my stuff. Thankfully lost materials were in the main base nodule thing.
if you really want to turn off your brain, place your base at the edge of a cliff, or on a shallow water where enemy can only spawn at one spot. then put all your turret facing forward,which is the only place they can spawn
this will prevent you from having to put turrets 360° around your base, and just AFK the entire raid

Better to build an purification tower at corner of the base, the territory is huge and if you build base at one corner, you will have space for a tower at opposing corner. The tower will allow greater exposure for the sentries. Furthermore, trailer and pickup trunk can hold guns thus you can have even more guns
something that people should take note of is that turrets require Line of Sight
I had to turn radio audio off. Having 4 or 5 radios going to satisfy certain deviants was driving me insane
I would say for people on PvP servers it’s definitely worthwhile doing the PvP equivalent cortexes (Chaos Cortex) instead of the normals as they tend to give more than the PVE counterpart.
A Chaos Cortex Tier 3 gives 150 per cortex compared to Eclipses 100 making it worthwhile for the investment as your weekly Starchrom gain can shoot up from 4000 to 6000 (and even higher when Phase 3 starts dropping higher tier cortexes) since you’re on a PvP server that is one of our ‘incentives’ compared to a PvE servers Prime War bosses.
Doing PvP cortexes should come with a warning though that you can’t immediately teleport to your base while carrying them (can use normal teleport towers) AND your base area becomes a ‘Chaos’ zone meaning it’s prone to being raided while purifying as you mentioned so either need have the base hidden away or able to fend off attackers, either way I definitely think it’s a worthwhile investment to maximise weekly Starchrom gains on the PvP side since ‘Risk Vs Reward’

Depends if it notifies the server or not. If I found a super remote area where people are unlikely to find my base, then that's one thing but if it announces to the world or makes a map icon to let people know they can raid you, no thanks.

im late to your video,but glad i found it since the recent news about being a pve player needing to move to pvp due to no new content i was concerned about people saying that purifications would flag you in pvp. great info. thanks.

I've tried everything, connected them to cameras, lowered the foundation, elevated the foundation, put the turrets with the resonator in the middle of the turrets of, put the turrets on balcony of the house, I've tried using each power source on each turrets, I've put them on straight and different angles and not one was shooting, all turrets are on a "working" status but they're not shooting. the only time they shoot if there were animals in front of them. I've even though the T1 turrets were bugged so I learned T2 and T3 and tried each tier with everything I've done with T1 turrets but it just won't shoot the bloody monsters. 😭😭😭
@@xtianZ5000 very very strange ur the first person ive heard of with this issue. id put in a help ticket on the official discord as well. i let the devs know myself as well. so hopefully something gets fixed.
@@Glitchiz Thank you. I've also tried hiding the wiring and not hiding the wiring according to some info online hahaha but didn't work either.

I had practically the same base design in the beta and could solo and almost afk purifications. This time around I'm having some issues, first 2 times I did them I failed part way through because the resonator got destroyed even though it was in the same spot as yours and all the doors were still closed. I have no idea how that happened. And those laser bugs seem to be able to shoot my base from further than my turrets will shoot back.
A little lost because my experience in the beta and from watching this video feels completely different from the few I've run in the live game with the same base design.
very weird i will say def prioritize the flyers and the elites before anything else they can be tricky sometimes depending on the spawns. water is also your friend deviants cant spawn in water so if u build your base along a river for example u can force the enemies to only spawn where u want them to and that can make the extractions a bit easier as well.
How do you make sure ur friends get the rewards when doing this? I added my friends to the team and we did 40 but they couldn't see the mission progress or claim the rewards

Seems everyone has to be in the same hive and maybe only in the party, Haven't' test yet when we have a full party and extra hive members not in the party.
The machine says on it. All hive members nearby get rewards...
If they already reached their limit of 40 for this week, then they wouldn’t be able to claim anything. The limit is individual
I lost around 111 one tier 60 two tier and 30 three tier 😅 had no idea that it will delete extra cortexs 😓.
what does it mean "maxed out" turrets. also which turrets are those?
@@TexanWolverine maxed out as in max lvl. They are all highest tier u can build. As for type I have half rifle and half shotgun turrets
How difficult is the lowest tier? I've been putting it off,cos I don't wanna lose the nice house I made, lol. And I don't even have turrets yet. I only started to play this 2 days ago.
tier 1 is a bunch of level 15 enemies, tier 2 is lvl 25 enemies, tier 3 is a bunch of lvl 35 enemies. so go off that. honestly until u can make the base out of at least stone i wouldnt bother. u could technically handle doing one stone at a time... but def dont try to do all 40 at once until you have properly upgraded all ur defenses and upgraded ur base structure materials.

Do the players on your team also get the 4k starchrom or its only you
@@seollenda as long as the players doing it with you are in ur hive u will all get the rewards when it’s finished
Even finish purification in my territory i can still claim the rewards?as long as were in the same hive?
@@Jin-ne6xd correct all ur hivemates can do purifications together and all get the rewards at same time. But any one person can only do ur weekly limit 1 time each so if u all do it together then going back and doing it at your own base won’t give you anything

Hey i got a question when i try doing the purification i get a error saying how they cant be refreshed and to try doing it an a open area i thought it was my base so i deleted all of it and made a small defense build but no matter what i do i cant seem to get it to work is there anything i could do to fix this before the next phase?

How tf I supposed to do this at lvl 17? I started purification and after a couple of mobs reached my base "purification failed"...😑
@@АнтонЛеднёв-и1я means they destroyed ur purification terminal. Gotta wall it in and make defenses
My turrets are not working properly they sometimes shoot and most of the time just afk the whole time, i think turrets are bugged hope they fixed it but please since youre a creator would you like to report this bug to the developers it will be nice if they notice you

Hey, first of all, thx for the video. i have a important question. Im going to build a new base....but, i have no clue where the enemys will spawn...any tipps for this is there any "rule" for enemy spawns?
On my last base i build my "main" house right and the resonant filter on the left with some turrets etc....but the damn enemys spawns next right to my house and destroy it :D....
My friend at lvl 10 tought started the purification of cortex 2 and hes entire base just got wiped xD
@@xXzittlaXx lvl ten ur very weak. Lvl 2 cortex’s spawn lvl 25 enemies…. So I’m not surprised lol
for 2 weeks now when my hive has done these only the host has gotten the reward and some times the host got no reward (we werent at 40/40 on anyone, we tested 1 at a time) no reward it looked like the stone fell thru the ground.
anything we're maybe doing wrong or is it actually bugged - can't find much info but seems like some people are experiencing the same thing

@@akunfake2825 u probably built your base in a densely forested or area with to many obstacles. The game can’t find places for enemies to spawn. Too much water can cause this issue too
Hi, thank you for the video. Can you please make also a video explaining the Wish machine how it works ?
So either the shotgun turrets are visually bugged atm the moment or their range is so short that they are useless. I can never get the things to fire or show damage numbers. I just use all rifle turrets for the moment since they can at least shoot to medium range.
I hope the eventually add more functionality to the purifier. I can't see them allowing us more than 4k starcrom per week, but a hard mode with higher level enemies that drops more loot would be nice. Hell, how about another drop item that we can purify into stardust or the like? Only doing the wave survival once a week feels like a huge waste of the mini-game's potential. That make just be the tower defense enthusiast in me speaking though.

they hooked up to power properly. and when u hover over them are they green?

if your teammates do the run with you does it count against their 40/week limit?
they have to be in a hive together but if they are yes it counts for them as well because they will also be able to collect the reward at the end

Hey bro, can you do a update video regarding the scar shapnel build, it seems like the reworked shrapnel carnage and swapped it from weapon mod to mask mod. Would be appreciated
what u are explaining at 3:22 , the bug, drove me crazy the last four days. nobody gave me a good answer (bacause it says u get this huge amount of starchrome when u just put all in). i didnt even understand whats the point of lvling the stones up because of that. 40 lvl 3 stone to get the max 4000 chrome - a men of clear words. like it alot!

Sucks that they have a hidden max of 20 turret/traps. Idr that being the case in beta. I figured aslong as you have the power generators to power the stuff you can use it

Very awesome video, love watching your videos, I would also add maybe adding traps too, like just below your machine guns so they help out too! they wont even be able to get up on your base with the electric pulse trap.

@@Glitchiz one more quick one, I copied your design almost to a T. On the second floor you have doors, I can’t place any there, idk what I did wrong but it gives me a error when try to place them. I can put them on 3rd and 4th floor but not the 2nd floor. Any idea?

Why waste this many cortexes this early into the new cycle? Most people havent even gotten 10 echos yet, let alone late enough into the weekly limit to justify using cortexes? Wtf is this guide for?
???? every week u can get up to 4000 starchrom from cortexs... thats the point. if your not farming cortexes to do ur weekly purifications then your missing out on a shit ton of starchrom for exotic blueprints
