LAPS 22nd National Print Exhibition

Opening celebrations for the LAPS 22nd National, October 15th, 2022.
Since 1973, The National Print Exhibition has been a prestigious national open call print exhibition presented by the Los Angeles Printmaking Society. The National is a presentation of excellence and achievement in the field of contemporary printmaking and 2022 marks the 60th year of this artist run non profit organization. The special event included honoring Betye Saar, one of the original 34 artists invited in 1962 to create the Los Angeles Printmaking Society. Betye and Alison Saar were honored for their contributions to the art and inspiration of printmaking. The 22nd National was held at Mixografia, the world renown Los Angeles Fine Art Press.
