What about in niyyah. It’s very troubling for me I stand for hours in front of the prayer mat and I suffer and my brain hurts I force myself reminding myself from ayas of the Quran and sometimes I know I’m the problem because I already have all the proof I need I’m just missing the courage and strength to overcome it. Sometimes when I just overcome the wiswas in niyyah for salah I later get wiswas that I didn’t make takbeer now the wiswas is back idk what to do I’m suffering so much and I’m always angry at myself.

Akhi this is shaytaan. I had the same problem. Repeating prayers 3 times!!!! This is not normal. Allah made the deen easy for us. Because we listened to the whispers we make our deen hard. Shaytaan wants us to leave salah

you know this is from shaitan. just ignore them completely and make dua

Don't listen to the whispers of shaytan he wants you to hate the prayer and the deen he wants to lead you astray
Please an advice from me if you continue you'll reach more advanced levels you risk of losing your faith that's essentially the goal of Shaitan
Pray for me to be guided again to the straight path

Can you make a detailed video about what people call the ijma of the scholars? I don't understand why the word 'ummah' is being understood as only the scholars of the ummah, and not the ummah as a whole. I do get that the masses are not as educated but still what is mentioned is 'ummah', so when the whole ummah agrees on a matter then it is true.
Is there any sahabi who elaborated on that hadith?
And is there any scholar who said that ijma is not limited to the scholars?

    • @EissaAbuNoor
      @EissaAbuNoor  Год назад +1

      There are three opinions
1-Ijmaa is only for the scholars & what is meant by "Ummah" is referring to the scholars (this is the opinion of majority of the Ulema & 4 Madhabs)
2-The masses are included in Ijmaa as "Ummah" is a general term (this is the opinion of Al-Ghazali & Al-Amidi)
3-Ijmaa includes the masses only in things that are known by everyone such as alcohol being haram (this is the opinion of Al-Qadi Abdul-Wahhab from the Malikis)
Ibn Qudama criticized the second opinion because it implies cancelling Ijmaa as it is impossible to gather everyone's opinion. (Check Rawdatun-Nadhir).

@@EissaAbuNoor Thank you sm for the information. I did have a few follow ups if you have the time.
1- May if know if the scholars who had the second opinion were of the view that it is every single person in the ummah? Or the majority of the people in the ummah? Like similar to how people may say 'Iraqis support Palestine', not meaning that it is every single Iraqi?
2- And did Al-Ghazali and Al-Amidi consider the whole ummah including all the deviant sects?
3- Did Al-Ghazali and Al-Amidi believe in any rulings based on Ijma? (considering that it would be impossible to gather everyone's opinions if they did believe that it had to be everyone and not the majority)?
4- I read that imam Malik took the Ijma of ahl al-Madinah, is that not true?

@@FidanHasanzadeStudent These questions are answered by studying Usul Al-Fiqh, there is no point in me answering these questions in detail in a YT comment as it would necessitate a course or class in Usul. I don't mean to sound harsh but I feel like you may be skipping some steps here and jumping levels. Many brothers ask me detailed questions and always seek more detail when they haven't even studied the tools that will make them grasp and understand these details. There is a reason why knowledge is to be learnt gradually. So I advise them to focus on the basics then work there way up, or else they will confuse themselves and run around in circles. There is no point to asking for the details to these questions if you are not well versed in Usul Al-Fiqh. Imam Zuhri said: knowledge is one or two hadiths per day.
He also said: whoever takes knowledge all at once, will lose it all at once. BarakAllahu fik and may Allah increase you in knowledge
