    I agree with you about winter
    A dewpoint below 10 is much safer for anything even mildly strenuous.

    Thank you so much for this video, you’ve done an amazing job of it! I’m in Townsville at the moment tossing up weather I’ll do the climb so this really helps, the view looks amazing and love the random dog that joined you haha

      I would highly recommend it! It has rained a little bit lately though so bring salt for leaches and be careful on the slippery rocks!

    Im keen to check this out in the coming week, I dont own a 4wd so can you just drive a regular car to get to the gate where you start the walk?

      Yeah any car will make it! It is a dirt road for the last couple of kilometres but it’s definitely accessible in a two wheel drive
