What is something that keeps you balanced and focused with working with sellers and buyers? I’m so focused on sellers that most of the time I tune out buyers and in return that’s causing me to miss out on money. I don’t know if it’s just that I love the thrill of getting a new listing over working with a buyer but I left close to 30 buyer leads on the table last year and it’s hard for me to focus on working with buyers.
AustinLopez TheRealtor well you must know someone has to buy the home . Create a schedule and a max amount of time that you can spend with a buyer . I understand your frustration when working with a buyer and they fall through . Be more strict with a buyer and let them know , without being too rude or forward , how expensive and valuable your time is . Find a good sentence to say to them , that really shocks them but doesn’t scare them away . Thanks

I remember viewing a property years ago, and when I pulled open the bedroom cupboard, a 'girlie' magazine full of naked women fell out, hitting the floor. So the male agent bent down, picked it up and threw it back into the cupboard, closing the door. As we continued the tour, he was switching all the lights off after we left each room. Then outside I said farewell, and he said he was going back in to 'check all the lights were switched off'. They had been! I know he was just going back in to look at the pictures of the naked women in that magazine!

Finally purchased rental boss courses.
However, I found out my local area has many dominated rental agents. Hundreds of craigslist rental ads every day here.
Those old apartments building has already partnered with local experienced rental agents for long time. There is no way I could step in, make them change to new agent-me.
Those new built apartments, they either have their own rental employees or have already had some future agreement with some experienced rental agents once the building project finished.
Why can't you step in? Don't let those people scare you!

Were either of the homes also your listings? What are the rules/laws regarding showing the homes on RUclips? I suspect that it doesn’t violate any laws as the homes are listed on the MLS but just wondering.
Isaac Davis in the MLS there is notice given if it’s okay to film and also for Internet display.

What day are most showings we have our home for sale and the first 2 days of it being online we had 6 showings and then we have had nothing for 5 days is that normal
There’s always going to be a big surge when it comes on the market. If they die down quickly, you may want to collect some feedback from the ones who showed it and see if there may be something that you should be made aware of.
