JBR is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area water front community located against Dubai Marina in Dubai, UAE. JBR contains 40 towers (35 are residential & 5 are hotels) which can accommodate 15000 people. JBR can be access by walking to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram & Dubai Metro.
