This lesson is from our series “Beginner Jazz Chords”. In this series you’ll learn all the Jazz chords that you need to start playing Jazz.
In this lesson you’ll learn how to play a G Minor 7 flat 5 (Gm7b5), C Minor 7 flat 5 (Cm7b5) and an F Minor 7 flat 5 (Fm7b5). These are moveable chords though so they can be played up and down the fretboard in any key. As long as you know the Root note, you know the name of the chord.
Be sure to subscribe to our channel because we’ll be adding at least one new free guitar lesson per day!

Great lesson taught me exactly what I wanted to know.
Great chord shapes what gauges strings u use on that fender stratocaster with the roller nut ?
I don’t have it anymore but I used to use 10’s. Thanks! -Chad
hello ,your channel is great. i learned some music theory from this channel.i have a question ie ,how to count the time sign of songs?
+Happy Catch Thanks! It'd be pretty difficult to explain counting in a comment but our new series "How to Read Music For Guitar" will contain a lesson on how to. The series just started, but it won't be too long before a lesson on understanding time signatures is out. Hopefully it will help. Thanks again -Chad
thanks :)
Side by side with your explanation, to show the chord diagram would be great !
