AHHH YAYY! thank you for posting this! i start applying to colleges next year and pba is in my top 3!! this content is so helpful in giving me an insight to what life at pba is really like!
Hey! Im considering PBA to go to college and one of the biggest questions I had was: Is there a really good Christian community among the student body? I heard that not everyone at PBA is/ has to be a Christian but I wanted to make sure I would have a community of friends who are on fire for God.
@@pennies001 hiii! although pba is a christian school there’s unfortunately a lot of people who aren’t christian and mostly come to be near the beach:( BUT! there are so many students that are so on fire for God! there are lots of small groups and worship nights on campus where you can connect with people that will walk with you as you grow with christ:) i am apart of pbas leadership program and i was able to find some of my closest friends there that have truly impacted my life and are so on fire for the Lord! to sum it up yes you can definitely find the right group of people to be around but it can be hard in the beginning :)
pba “says” they have a dress code but it really isn’t enforced lol, i wear crop tops and tube tops! you really just can’t walk on campus in a bathing suit but that’s it!
What do you know about the PharmD program? I’m on campus right now bout to tour since I got accepted but I’m struggling to decide between here and NOVA
i hear a lot of really good things about the program! i have a couple friends that are pharm majors and they have good things to say about the pharmacy school! and if im not mistaken im pretty sure the school of pharmacy is the biggest program at our school! i hope you enjoy your tour today and have peace of mind about your final decision 🤍
I'm looking to apply to pba in the fall and I was wondering if different denominations are welcome and present! I'm lutheran and was wondering if there's openness to multiply branches of christianity?!
I go there (friends with Nina) and id say definitely, there is chapel three times a week (12 credits required) and those services look like 2-3 worships songs and then a message, so pretty non denominational.
i think technically pba is a non denominational school but they do a really good job at being open to all denominations! i personally am non denominational but i have so many friends that come from all sorts of different denominational backgrounds! the chapel services are nice and the school brings in lots of different speakers! overall id say the school and students are very open to different denominations!!
