It's sooo important to not only be practically savvy! The theory is almost more important! If you don't know the products, their chemical processes and what goes on in the hair, you can't achieve the desired results - even with the very best products.
In my first years of work, it was really very difficult to achieve a shiny, warm but not reddish, intense and natural brown tone on level 7.
Nobody told us that we could or should treat different areas of the hair with different colors and volumes.🤷🏼♀️
What you give the youngest hairbesties in particular (of course, we older ones never stop learning too!!) is a hugely important foundation and incredibly valuable for them, as well as for every client! 🤗
