Hi Bro.
The Bigwing guy said that tyre hugger will damage chain sprocket over time. Is this true.
Planning to get it for my RS and is is confusion now
Chain sprocket will get affected only if we over tighten the bolts after fixing the hugger. My tyre hugger got bent due to that. But yeah only if the bolts are not tightened properly it will. Other than that no issues bro
Does the tyre hugger and mud flap fix the issue completely?
90% solves yes. 10% it is like in every bike there will be some little amount of mud throw. But practically the problem is resolved
@@Halfbiker thankyou. I heard a lot about rusting issue. Did you faced anything like that?
Minimal in my RS bro. But ive seen some bikes with rustings on the bolts and weld areas mostly on Highnesses.. also place of living factors, more rusting found in bikes from seaside areas
Tyre to be removed or not?
No need bro. Direct fit
Guys anyone tried fitting Yamaha fzs version 2 rear mudguard on cb350 rs ?
I think no, as far as I’ve seen bro
@@Halfbiker have u tried it bro ?! .. i think it can reduce so much of dirt
@@Halfbiker whats ur observation bro before & after fitting the universal tyre hugger .. is the dirt affect the pillion ?!
But i think for the fzs fender we need to do some work to fit it.
Lots of difference bro. Before the mudguard, the mud throw was more, it used to spread till half the rear seat, and most of the tail lamp area was covered in dirt like a dirt bike… but after the hugger was fixed, almost 80% was reduced. Only if i wantedly ride into mud, the rear area that too below the seat was covered in mud. But for daily usage it was fine. If the hugger wasnt bent I wouldn’t have removed it even though it has just started raining here.
Good one
Thanks bro
@@Halfbiker so bro..how is the feedback so far for this tyre hugger..does it worth the money?
Worth bro. There is a small vibration noise while running over potholes but its not much noticeable. The hugger does its job very well!
@@Halfbiker thanks for the information bro ..it helps
@@praveenkg4898 Anytime bro
HOW MUCH DID THE MECHANIC CHARGE?
Zero rupees.
Did it solve the problem???
Yes yes it does it’s work correctly!
The curved position of hugger should go upward
Ohh 🤔 but the seller told me this is the way to fix🫠 and i think it does its job however 😉
@@Halfbiker curved postion prevents the throwing mud getting inside.
@@Halfbiker ruclips.net/video/mZvP23l0d40/видео.html
Ohh okay bro. I will see if current position is having that issue.
How is the fit, any vibration?
Fit is correct, its sturdy. Vibration, im not sure … i havent felt anything abnormal yet. Will update if there are any issues. For now.. its fine 👌🏽
@@Halfbiker how is it now ? Excess vibrations? Will it touch the tyre when riding on rough roads? Any other negatives you faced?
Still sturdy, but it sometimes touch the tyre when running over big potholes.. and once after tightening the chain, one side nut got too tight, it made the mudguard bent and started to rub on the tyre. Didnt notice it till i reached home. Now got it fixed, no issues now. So it is still worth the money because it saves the rear area from mud alot
@@Halfbiker ok bro thanks for the quick response👍✨️
