    I think I'd definitely go for the 2022 model. Having further customizable settings will make it so much more enjoyable for track days. Especially if you visit several tracks with different track layouts.

    The biggest bummer about my 17 was that it didn't have LEDs... I mean Yamaha was putting LEDs back on their 15 R1 So to upgrade 2 years newer and still no LEDs was kind of a bummer!!!
    But let's be honest, I only care about picking up BBWs and I need that torquey v4 for all that ham!

      We couldn't wait for the LED headlight update. I think people still bought the bike because of it's awesome performance. Now we have it all Lol!

    I like how short and stubby the older model is. It has a really muscular look to it. Everything else, I prefer on the new one.

    The seat cowl on the new one looks like a seat? They could have did better on that. Love the new front end and headlights. Love the old tail, the tanks I like both… both really nice 👍

      @@Victor_Moto I just found the earlier bike more involving, it always felt like a bit of a hooligan where the newer bike seems a bit more grown up and a bit fatter, I feels wider!.
      I couldn't stay off my 17 Factory. I loved it, by comparison I've barely done 3000 miles on my bike since March 22. Seriously thinking about selling it!

    Really? The 2019/2020 has no cornering ABS? Did you mean cornering lights? Because you talk about lights and you say for the 2021/2022 the have cornering lights and then for the previous don’t have cornering ABS

      19/20 is the previous Gen. 21/22 is the new Gen.

      @@Victor_Moto Both to be honest but I would only buy the 2022. The new additions aside, I like what they have done with the font end design on the 2022. I still really like the old paint job too, maybe even prefer it, but I know it's a bit marmite for some.

    By FAR the best road 🏍 unless you ONLY go fast in a str8 line.🙄 For track days, clip ons are kinda necessary to get the proper body position. I get the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" shit, BUT, it's time for Aprilia to drop some Motogp "fruits" on us like a 90° V4 motor and chassis upgrades.
