I see where you are getting at but Miku isn’t considered an Utauloid. Vocaloid and Utauloid are two completely different softwares. Also, it can be used for any other languages other than Japanese since you can literally make them sing what ever pleases you.
I know that the icons have miku's hair because the utau stuff but i'd like to think that both Mario and bf just have her hair for absolutely no reason lol
It's strange to see Personalized Mario and BF wear Miku wigs, whenever in fact they should wear Teto wigs, since Utau is different (but similar) from Vocaloid, and Teto is the mascot of Utau, not Miku.

In case you're wondering, the reason why they have Miku hair is cuz, thats what UTAU is originaly used for, to japanese songs
