This was my first mod on my 3. Just picked up a cheap $5 TV RGB LED strip with USB. Ran the cable through the center compartment, out the handbrake opening, into the armrest and put it in an USB. Now that I have more experience with eletrical works, thanks to my sub install, I might get a new one and try to connect it to the bulb! Love the videos man, you’re giving me a lot of inspiration for my own build 🙌🏻

Thanks, I've been wanting to do this and you've given me a good idea where to tap in. However I think I'll improve upon the wiring job a bit haha. Maybe with 3 or 5 port Wagos depending if I do the back foot wells or not. Thanks for the tutorial !

Nice mod.
That resonating on cold start - i once taken apart some of the plastic pieces and placed foam-tape on the touching (overlaping) edges. I'm very happy with that. Almost as good as changing the damn old noisy wiper yesterday.
I think the tape was needed on that piece that covers cabin filter cover. Even the Side touching back around that plastic fastener. Was a bit loosey.
Yeah it's mostly from my stiff motor mount, i've gotten used to it not a big deal for me!
Did something similar. I used the usb dongles on the back of my Eonen head unit for power

@@MichaelJ10k I think mine is going down the same rode. at 135k miles and the car vibrates at around 55mph. Its not balance or anything wheel related since everything is new. What are some symptoms you've noticed?
@@bryanmussato9055 for me I bought the car like that and the neutral safety switch what's damaged but I couldn't put two and two together 😭 so for 2 years driving with one loud a$$ car
