I think the first time everyone played GTA V, they thought "God, this is miles better than GTA IV". But looking back, as well as listening to some of the songs from the game's soundtrack, it wasn't so bad. In fact, I kinda miss it.
EANSProductions I actually felt amazed from the improvements that were made by GTA 4 from GTA San Andreas, but didn't have the same feeling while playing GTA 5 instead. Almost everything in 5 felt like a downgrade from GTA 4. The story, the missions, the gameplay, the characters, the activities, the accessible buildings. Everything was better in 4, the only things I found better in 5 are the graphic, the customization system and the random events. Nothing else. Even the larger map felt more like a downgrade since most of the areas of the map in 5 are mostly empty and boring and driving around "the state" of San Andreas seems like driving endlessly in circle just to come back to Los Santos. San Andreas state in GTA SA as small as it might have been in comparison, was still way better cause it had three cities, and many small towns and each were very unique, so driving around the state actually felt like a journey unlike in 5. In the end I would say that GTA 5 was just a huge disappointment to me, a mediocre game that bored me pretty soon. If GTA 5 didn't sell so well mostly thanks to the online we would have get a newer and better GTA game or at least a story DLC by now but instead after 5 years still nothing because why work to a new game when an old one still sells so well thanks to kids that buy sharks cards to play a game that shouldn't be for them online?...
