Baltic porters are generally a fair bit sweeter than an english porter. Try a Saku Porter or a A le Coq Porter, both very popular porters in Estonia at least. Saku beeing the sweetest, little less roasted than the A le Coq, but both fairly sweet. They both make Christmas speciality porters which has higher ABV and even sweeter.
Once she sits for awhile she will shine. Well done.

What's better, bread or beer?

FG 1.024, not too sweet for your taste? Looks great. Thanks for the video,
Doesn't taste as sweet as the FG says. Came out so good. Probably be my Porter I make when I want a Porter.
