New Year's Day 2024 - Alrewas

Our first video of 2024 sees us walking around the canalside village of Alrewas in Staffordshire. Although this is so close to home that we didn't take Pam the Van we felt it not unreasonable to add it to the channel.
We've done some research and found that quarter mile bridge is in fact just around 150 yards - a little poetic licence perhaps.
I'd also like to give credit to Nick Fauster - a musician I found on Fiverr after getting fed up with RUclips going 'Copyright' on some of my videos despite the tracks coming from a dedicated channel that allows such use. So if you are into making videos and want a great guy on your side musically then he is worth every penny (or cent as he's in the US).

Looks like they did some trimming since I was there in September, if ever you fancy some nice fish and chips the pub nearly opposite the green do a nice crispy batter I won’t normally eat batter as it’s either soggy or a heavy batter
