When it comes to vocalizer, you can get it for sapi5, or an NVDA addon. There are 2 ways to get it. If you want i can also give you links to download microsoft Voices like the sapi4 voices, Anna, and whatever. That is, if you want. I can help with some TTS stuff if you would like.
