What if the coolant is leaking at the bottom of the injector cab? The ring can't fix it the leak?

What wells the symptoms? I’m getting anti freeze when i drain my fuel filter….

Would this work on the 2007 model 2 ISX also
I believe the 2007 is a dual cam setup so it will not work because that has a different injector
