This was good. I am a parent but have not always been a serious on my walk and some things I have allowed my kids to access. I pray I will be able to hear from the Lord on what they should or should not consume.
I took a young friend to Christmas service this evening. I had this exact discussion.... Guarding my mind eyes ears from secular activities and tools, & forced her to shut down her music from her she was playing on her cell phone. I don't play
Ebony , you have truly spoken the truth. I have been pulling myself away from secular music in general because it has become disturbing to my spirit. My hearing has become even more sensitive to God’s voice. It’s a surrendering moment.
I celebrate the birth of my Lord and Savior the Christ Jesus. Because of him I am free. He is my promise from The Father and I accept all the He gives me. He is forever faithful. Hallelujah and Amen 🙏🏾
