What is the helpdesk?
Our helpdesk is your contact point for all kinds of questions - be it technical questions on the management of biodiversity, ecology or environmental data (which we know can be challenging), questions on the use of our tools and services, requests on data management trainings or something completely different. Even if you are unsure whether you have come to the right place, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Who are we?
NFDI4Biodiversity is a network of renowned 50 partner initiatives from science, state offices, natural history research museums and expert associations with extensive and long-standing expertise in data management. We look forward to helping you with your questions!
