As a Luthier . I can tell you , Gotoh's percision is second to none ... Waverly quality at much lower prices...
More ratio options. Why spend 600-700 on a set of high end Waverlys when you can spend 150-200 for an even better tuner ?
Just does not make sense... some people will be willing to do that just for the name , But folks , these are tuners . Not custom Boutique guitars.
I see Boucher is using Gotohs on their $7000+ guitars... I thinks says a lot
