    Hello thank you for the video class. I dont understand when you say that the high strings chords above the melody are could timbers. Thank you

      Thank you dear Tomas, may be i said "cold" timbres. Generally instruments are divided into three group in tone color: hot, warm, and cold. Violins, violas, and cellos have a cold timbres, while the contrabasses are the warm.

    If I substitute a clarinet instead of an English horn in melody, will it be appropriate and beautiful?

    • @thesecretsoforchestration
      @thesecretsoforchestration  Год назад +1

      Of course, why not. You can substitute the place of clarinet and english horn. This is just my choice as i like english horn + french horn + cellos. Actually these instruments are my favorite.

    Very well explained I think. Unfortunately I do not understand notes, i personally am therefore forced to work according to hearing and feeling,... but the sound distribution you have shown very understandable!

    I am a Chinese music producer, I like your videos very much, and I can learn a lot from them, I really want to support you, pay to learn more, but unfortunately, I found that the website only has English subtitles, not Chinese Subtitles, not even machine translation, which frustrates me because there is no way to learn better, it's a pity, my English is not very good, so do you have a way to add Chinese subtitles to the video? That way I would be willing to pay to learn.

      Hi. I am glad you liked these lectures. There is no Chinese translation, however, you will get all subtitles (word file) which you can translate with Google Translate.

    Sorry but have to tell you. Your Vids are great, as is your teaching approach. But your English accent is not good enough. It’s fine for a conversation, but as a listener dealing with. for me. complex learning, there are too many words I just didn’t get and it’s fatiguing listening to. I suggest you get an English narrator or use AI speaking software. Would probably subscribe to your courses then.

      I am Sorry for my language. I can find English narrator like Morgan Freeman, but the course will be expansive than this price.

      @@thesecretsoforchestration Haha! Your accent is fine. You are easy to understand for a native English speaker. I learned this stuff in school but slightly different method and I find refreshing my knowledge with your videos very nice. Appreciate these.
