Can you suggest how to work with colors on the design? DST don't have colors information in comparison to my previous Brother machine with PES. For brother I just selected colours from my collection and machine saying me what threads I need to change. In the Ricoma with DST it's pain. I need to assign every color manually and machine do not know anything about colors.. Maybe Tajima have some new formats where it is fixe d? So strange why almost all machines just ignored color management. It so easy to implement.. Hundred strings of code and no pain with complex designs with many colours (photostitch, anime with details and so on)
Great question! 😊 You’re absolutely right-DST files don’t save color information, which means you’ll need to manually set up the colors on your machine. While it can be a bit of a hassle, this is because DST is a universal format designed primarily for stitch data, not color management. Some modern machines like those from Brother with PES, but unfortunately, most industrial formats like DST have yet to adopt this. Let’s hope manufacturers consider this feature in future updates-it would indeed save a lot of time and effort! 💜 Let us know if you have more questions or need tips for managing complex designs! 😊
Thanks for the video. Answered a few questions I was having. 😊. Side note….this video didn’t seem as visually clear as yours usually are….background was unusually blurry.
Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊 You must be a super fan-how early did you watch it? The video is actually in 4K, so make sure to adjust the settings on your video player for the best quality. 💜 Let us know if you have any other questions!
@@EmbroideryLegacy I am. I’m deep in the legacy gang and loving every minute of the education. I’m always using iPad and haven’t had an issue yet but doesn’t surprise me if it’s me or my settings for whatever reason. Could you tell me where I would I look?
