      That is great news! Those carbs might be high if you're counting total carbs, but 5g of net carbs in 1/4 cup might work for some people as a treat. Thanks for sharing!

    I've had a severe egg allergy my whole life, well until a few years ago when I healed my gut and became allergy free.
    But because I spent years with allergies and food intolerances I understand and really appreciate that you went thru all this effort to accommodate those who were missing out on chaffles.

    I don't know when this product came out but it works perfectly in a chaffle recipe. It's called Just Egg, plant based egg substitute. Just substitute 3 T of Just Egg in the usual chaffle recipe. Around 2 minutes in the Dash Mini. Awesome! None of these special ingredients. Cheese, almond flour, baking powder and Just Egg. I appreciate all your hard work but this works great!

    You have changed my life ! Until you I didn't know what a Chaffle was. I was ready to give up on low carb but thanks to you I have bought my last loaf of bread.     Thank you for taking the time to do this. Me personally I’m so over the chaffle craze. Neisha Berry said it best that most chaffles taste like burned omelets. I’m kinda the same, there’s just a taste to them all that I just can’t get into. There is the exception of the Oreo Chaffle, now that’s delicious 😋

    I know the following comment is slightly off topic,, but it is the reason I am interested in this particular video, even though I don't have any kind of egg allergy.. Last month I bought too many eggs...10 cartons, because I was going to try to eat 5 a day at the suggestion of someone I saw in a video. I couldn't eat that many, and I had 4 cartons left, and I was afraid that they might go bad on me. So, I put them in water to see if they would float...they didn't float, but they didn't lay down on their sides...instead they stood on their ends. A lady on another video said that this means they aren't bad yet but will go bad soon. I watched some videos on how to preserve eggs, and this one guy said to blend them in a blender, then scramble them in a non stick skillet, and then dry them in a dehydrator. I don't have a non stick skillet, so I blended them and froze them in containers. Then yesterday I thawed one out and put it in a silicone cake pan and put it in the oven and tried to scramble them that way. But, I kind of forgot about them and over cooked them and they turned green like egg yolks do when you boil them too long. I put them in the dehydrator anyway. Then, today I tried thawing another container in the dehydrator, and leaving it in there to fully dehydrate. This container is also turning a dark color. But, I think it will be okay, it will just look different. Anyway. These are the only eggs I have. I ordered some groceries to be delivered, a couple of days ago,, and they were out of the eggs I ordered along with my groceries. You can't use any kind of fat when you scramble eggs to put in a dehydrator. That's why he said to use a non stick skillet, which I don't have.

    For me, February was a no cheese month I started beating up the eggs and pouring the mix into my waffle iron. The eggs puffs up and I cook to my desired crispyness or not. I use it as a bun for my ground beef.

    This is absolutely amazing. My son has a severe egg allergy and asked me to find a recipe for a waffle that he could have with Bacon. Unfortunately he also has a nut allergy so I’m going to replace the Almond Flour for Flaxseed Flour... Fingercrossed it’s ok 👌🏼

    Good thing you explained what pixie dust was and how to make it...I'm a crafter and i dont think glitter would be that good to ingest.😅

    I have found that using ricotta instead of Mozzarella in my egg chaffles makes them taste less eggy. Add a bit of psyllium husk to improve mouth feel. Doesn't solve the allergy problem, but using other cheeses is another way to switch up a chaffle. You probably have tried that since you're a chaffle afficionado... makes a good burger bun.

      @@SeriousKeto, I made keto cheesecake for Thanksgiving. I ground up freeze dried raspberries and added it to the mix. Baked them in a silicon muffin pan and then had individual cheesecakes for everyone. They were well-received by my non-keto family.

To go thru the extra work to help those who are limited in what they can eat on a diet that REALLY limits what you can eat already. That's awesome!     I think a good alternative to substitute using an egg is 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to 3 tablespoons of water and let it soak a few minutes and it’s like an egg white and lots of good omega 3

    This looks great! I'm gonna try it out. I have a 9 year old daughter that I'm very happy to say loves to try out new keto recipes with me, I think she'll dig this one. Do you happen to know what the carb content of the garbanzo juice would be? I would think, unless I'm very much mistaken, that its thick because of the starch from the chickpeas, is that correct?

    Aquafaba has so many great uses, but be sure to check the label for preservatives. It's one of those mistakes you'll only make once, but it could be serious for someone very sensitive. Well done Serious Keto! 👍

      @@SeriousKeto I wish I could remember specifically but benzoate and sulfites come to mind. It was one of those things where after reading the label, I thought "I would never knowingly eat this!"

    Question please: Do you offer for sale the dry ingredients already pre-measured and packaged? Is it possible to do that or not? It does seem like a lot of different ingredients to mix keep on hand when each ingredient is acquired separately. I do respect your dedication 💯 to researching and refining your egg-less Chaffee recipe.

      @@SeriousKeto gotcha 😂😂 that makes sense. I figured maybe the pixie dust would do the job but perhaps that's a bit ambitious. You don't think coconut milk or almond milk would work?
