shaft bend, bearing worn out and all will let your turbo glass leak, some time default actuator, so get it checked and depend on mechanics could be replaceable
Sir, too lose and tigh both are problematic. For loss try moving rod with hand if it moves it’s defective. , for tight apply pressure of bar on wastegate pipe, if it take more pressure than designated one it’s defective

Tc boost control help in controlling the amount of time exhaust gas striking on the blades. Problem will depend upon your type like if you are have more boost or less. For that you can consult my book I have written down the cause and how to fix it in detail
Wastegate setting depend karta hain amount of boost. Most of the time company wala laga ke deta hain but if we talk about external wastegate we can modify them. Mostly they are next to outlet of exhaust gases sir.
