Looking for Sea view condos on the baht bus route
Arriving next February for three weeks and then the following September for retirement yay!
Thanks for info
Ray
Thank you so much Ray. I am happy you enjoyed it. See you in Pattaya soon 😁 lucky you that you can enjoy retirement in paradise
Lovely presentation i didn't hear clearly when you where opening the door to the one bedroom because of the echo. Can you get the same lower down say 6 to 10nth floor. Are there any charges above the price like electric and water in a long term let. Thank you.
Thank you! Can you imagine being quarantined in one of these small units during the pandemic? YIKES! I don’t understand WHY anyone would build a balcony that is too small for chairs and a table. They need to extend about 5 feet out. To just walk out there and only stand for lack of space would be a deal breaker.
I absolutely agree! Why take a space like that and waste it? That's why checking out some older buildings is in order.
At least you have the seaview. There are worse place to be locked in
They are being greedy..that's why! These tiny condo's are a joke. In most countries these would be called efficiency apartments. If your sofa and bed are in the same room..that screams POVERTY to me..not "luxury". Sea view or not! This is why there are so many empty condo's all over Pattaya..because many are saying NO to this greedy trend and either building their own home or renting older places with more space. Just go to Cancun and see the difference of what you can get for the same price. I have a feeling all of these "condos" will one day become hotel rooms..lol. Greed at it's finest!
Cool that you showed the checkpoint market. I just got back to Texas after spending 2 months in Pattaya. I rode my motorbike about 15 minutes from Pattaya to checkpoint to eat the tacos there. They are worth the drive. I looked at a few condos in Jomtien but didn’t get to look at Panora. Very nice! Good views, amenities and very nice area to live.
Yes the area is really good and the quality of the Panora condo is excellent, I wish I could live there to be honest! Will you come back to Pattaya?
@@GianniAbroad Yes. As soon as I sell my house in Texas. I am thinking of buying a condo at the Riviera on Beach road. You should do a video on those. I’ve never seen anything so beautiful and hot tubs on the balconies. Beautiful decorated common areas and great amenities!
There are multiple riviera condo. Which one are you referring to? Sell your house quickly. Thailand is waiting for you
@@GianniAbroad Beach Road. The grand opening is this month.
Super! Love this condo
The best!
Wow, very informative👏👏👏 Sold on the project. Will definitely consider for the retirement😁 P.S. We need to see Alex more often on this channel
She will be on the next video too. And the next property is amazing. Thank you for watching and for leaving a comment. Retiring in Thailand is the best thing you can do
Wow. Very 👍🏽. Are they dog friendly by chance?
Ciao ragazzi bellissimo video e bellissima presentazione proprio bravi! , meraviglioso massimo confort, designer top. Super super lussuoso. Il fronte mare vista mozzafiato vale veramente la pena di pensare a comprare per avere beneficio per tutta la vita... Ragazzi andiamo tutti...
Grazie mille. Si è un bellissimo condominio con la spiaggia a soli pochi passi! 😁
very nice looking place
It really is! Thank you for watching the video!
Just subscribed to your channel. Im moving to Thailand in October. Are there any condos for rent in jomtien for around 12,000 baht a month? Thanks
Wouldve been nice to ecplain rental prices. 6mo or 1yr rental prices.
Are these condos available for rent or if not, can you please cover rentals as well? Thanks.
In most cases, yes these are available for rent as well as buying.
You can find some really luxurious spots all around Thailand for great prices.
@@knowledge4741 Thanks. Are you planning to cover rentals also?
@@pathkris2984
I will be starting my RUclips channel in November under a different name - my personal brand.
My next flight to Thailand is in October, and my new equipment will be there by then!
@@knowledge4741 Thanks Knowledge, looking forward to it. I will subscribe to your channel, please post a message to me.
Hi Path, Sasha covers only sales but you can easily find property for rent too!
Are hairless cats allowed in this building? I can easily see why dogs would not be allowed in condos but . . . I was curious as to whether it might be common to allow cats only?
Unfortunately animals are not admitted. I know that it can be frustrating but I don't make the rules.
What was the price of the 2 units combine?
Hi the price in Thai Baht is 14.2 million. If you need more information you can contact Sasha, you can find all of her info in the description of the video.
OMG..I have a closet in my home that is bigger than this tiny studio condo! 😆 I laughed when she said "the kitchen is quite big". Yes..maybe for a dwarf! These Thai condos are too tiny and cost too much money. This is why you find so many empty ones all over Pattaya. American's & European's KNOW they are being charged too much money for such a small condo. I can go to the beautiful beaches of Mexico..such as Cancun..and buy a condo that is 2000 square feet for the price of that tiny Thai studio condo! Thai real estate developers are so greedy..they make TINY condo's and get people like this to say they are big..lol. Please don't insult our intelligence..we can see it's tiny and overpriced. 🙄
You have a "skewed" sense of reality.
@@thethrillofpattaya8404 Not at all. What I have is a good business degree that educated me. I didn't become wealthy by over-paying for tiny real estate. But Thai real estate developers count on ignorant people like yourself who think they are getting a good deal for living in a walk-in closet with a view. The only "skewed" person here is you. 😉
It doesn't matter how big your condo is but what matters the most is how you use it! Anyway you can go to Mexico! If you feel safe there then go.
ya and you can go to Mexico where there are 500 wires hanging off a main line, broken down roads and horrible infostructure. Mexico is not anywhere near as advanced or safe as a a place like this.
Often see washing machines but no dryers.
I think it's because in Thailand the sun is very strong and you can dry your clothes in less than an hour for free!
@@GianniAbroad Living in a condo? Clothing not permitted in most places
to dry on a terrace. Good reply, though.
It depends on the place. I see so many people drying it on their balcony
@@ParkerPlaza Gianni was correct. Most condo's in Thailand allow clothes drying on the balcony because it is quite normal there to not have a dryer due to the heat outside drying your clothes quickly..and the heat created by a dryer. It's the same reason it's rare to find an oven in Thai kitchens..too much heat created in an already hot environment. However, you can purchase a single machine that both washes and dries your clothes..or add your own dryer placed on top of the washer. But I agree that dryers should be included for convenience.
@@Nightbird. Interesting, thanks..
One comment when u say 35 degrees you should mention 35 degrees cel not Fahrenheit that a big difference here in the states
Yes you are right! Sorry about that. I will keep that in mind for the next time. Sometimes I forget that videos are watched from all over the world!
A typical American specimen. World is not build around your outdated measurements. This is a Kingdom of Thailand.
I doubt many people would mix up 35 deg with 35 Fahrenheit in Thailand. The difference is huge
Hahaha that's true!
Yes how can you mix it?
